Last Updated: February 11, 2026
At Dr. Joaquí Regenerative Health (“Dr. Joaquí,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing a premium and highly personalized patient experience. Due to the medical, logistical, scheduling, and preparatory nature of regenerative medicine treatments, all payments, deposits, cancellations, and refund requests are subject to the following policy.
By scheduling consultations, reserving treatment dates, or submitting payment to our clinic, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees, case review fees, and medical evaluation deposits are generally non-refundable once:
- the consultation has occurred,
- the physician has reviewed records,
- or medical recommendations have been prepared.
This includes:
- virtual consultations,
- in-person evaluations,
- diagnostic reviews,
- and treatment planning services.
2. Treatment Deposits
Treatment deposits are used to:
- reserve physician time,
- coordinate medical resources,
- prepare biologic materials,
- organize logistics,
- and secure treatment scheduling.
For this reason, treatment deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.
3. Cancellation Timeframes
More Than 14 Days Before Treatment
Patients cancelling more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled treatment date may be eligible for:
- a partial refund,
- or treatment credit,
minus:
- administrative fees,
- payment processing fees,
- medical review costs,
- and non-recoverable preparation expenses.
7–14 Days Before Treatment
Cancellations made between seven (7) and fourteen (14) days before treatment may result in:
- partial forfeiture of deposits,
- rescheduling fees,
- or non-refundable preparation charges.
Less Than 7 Days Before Treatment
Cancellations made within seven (7) days of treatment are generally non-refundable due to:
- physician scheduling,
- biologic preparation,
- staffing allocation,
- concierge coordination,
- and reserved clinical resources.
4. No-Shows
Patients who:
- fail to attend scheduled consultations,
- miss treatment appointments,
- or arrive excessively late without prior approval
may forfeit consultation fees, deposits, or scheduled treatment reservations.
5. Rescheduling Policy
We understand medical travel and personal situations may require flexibility.
Patients may request rescheduling subject to:
- physician availability,
- operational scheduling,
- and medical appropriateness.
Repeated rescheduling requests may incur administrative fees or require new deposits.
6. International Patients
Patients traveling internationally are solely responsible for:
- flights,
- accommodations,
- transportation,
- visa requirements,
- travel insurance,
- and related travel expenses.
Dr. Joaquí Regenerative Health is not responsible for:
- airline cancellations,
- travel disruptions,
- immigration issues,
- weather delays,
- or third-party travel costs.
We strongly recommend purchasing flexible travel arrangements and appropriate travel insurance.
7. Medical Eligibility & Physician Discretion
All treatments remain subject to final medical approval.
Dr. Joaquí Regenerative Health reserves the right to:
- postpone,
- modify,
- or decline treatment
if the medical team determines that treatment may:
- not be medically appropriate,
- pose safety concerns,
- or require additional diagnostics.
In such cases, refunds or credits will be reviewed individually at the clinic’s discretion.
8. Results & Outcome Disclaimer
Regenerative medicine outcomes vary significantly between patients.
Refunds are NOT provided based on:
- dissatisfaction with outcomes,
- subjective improvement expectations,
- recovery speed,
- or lack of perceived clinical benefit.
No guarantees are made regarding treatment results.
9. Payment Processing Fees
Any approved refunds may be subject to:
- payment processor fees,
- international transfer fees,
- currency conversion losses,
- banking charges,
- and administrative costs.
Refund timing may vary depending on financial institutions and payment providers.
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Patients agree to contact our clinic directly before initiating:
- chargebacks,
- payment disputes,
- or bank claims.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- permanent refusal of service,
- legal collection efforts,
- and documentation provided to payment processors or authorities.
11. Exceptions
Refund exceptions may be considered in limited circumstances including:
- documented medical emergencies,
- physician-directed cancellations,
- or situations required by applicable law.
All exception requests must be submitted in writing.
Approval of exceptions is solely at the discretion of Dr. Joaquí Regenerative Health.
